Information we collect

Eli Infante Photography collects the details you choose to send us in a booking request: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of session and package you want, your school or birthday if you share it, the day and time you asked for, and any notes you add.

How we use information

We use this information to answer booking requests, schedule sessions and lessons, deliver photos, and reply to your questions.

Text messages

If you check a text message box on our booking form, we may text you about your request, scheduling and photo delivery or, if you chose it, about openings and offers. Consent is optional and never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (such as our booking and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your photos

Photos from a session are shared with the person or family that booked it. We post some photos and behind-the-scenes video on our website and social media. Ask us any time to take down a photo or video of you or your child.
