Using this website

This website belongs to Eli Infante Photography, Edinburg, Texas. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request asks for a day and time. It is not a confirmed booking. Your session is booked once we confirm the date, time and details with you. Package prices are plus tax. Deposits and rescheduling are agreed when we confirm.

Photos and video

All photos and video on this site are the work of Eli Infante Photography and are protected by copyright. Do not copy, edit or reuse them without written permission. Clients receive a print release for their own photos, as listed in each package.

Courses and digital products

Lessons, recordings, guides, LUTs and Photoshop actions are for the buyer's own use. They may not be shared, resold or posted publicly.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts on our booking form, you agree to receive messages about your request and, if you chose it, about openings and offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and reply STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
